  • Aged 45 year, born in Kodagu District, holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Master's Degree in Social Work, hails from farmer's family and currently resident in Dasarahalli Assembly Constituency, Bangalore.
  • Started career in Year 2000 as a Field Executive with the BSS Microfinance Private, promoted to Assistant Manager Operations and served until May 24, 2010.
  • Joined as Operational Manager in Nirantara Fin Access Pvt Ltd in 2010.
  • Promoted as a General Manager cum Whole Time Director.
  • Performed as the Business Correspondent with RBL Bank and IDBI Bank, Microfinance Operations, Training and Capacity Building, HRM and Administration until Dec. 31, 2017.
  • Founder of Jananidhi Souharda Cooperative Limited (JSCL), registered under the capacity of State level and initially worked as CEO.
  • On Jan. 25, 2017, elected as President in JSCL and responsible for handling the task of overall development and welfare of JSCL Organization by demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, motivate others and delegate tasks responsibly and effectively.
  • Also, Founder and Managing Director of Shreea Finaccess Private Limited as well as Founder and Managing Trustee of Manasujnana Charitable Trust.
  • Practicing meditation and heeling from past 10 years.
  • Organized Life Empowerment program, Social Welfare Program in collaboration with KM Global Tech-Manage Services.
  • Involved in social activities and represented Karnataka State as Runner and Kho-Kho player in his school and college days.

It gives me immense pleasure to say a few words about the Cooperative which we have nurtured all these years, in this hour of launching a new website. The Cooperative which commenced its operations with few thousand rupees as capital. has today, grown into a sought after Urban Cooperative in the State of Karnataka. It is no wonder that the Cooperative is ranked high both in terms of business and also based on the customer opinion. In the last 9 years the Cooperative has really come off age with professional approach towards all gamut of Cooperative - be it extending customer service or technological up-gradation
