We, Jananidhi Souharda Co-operative Limited., registered under Co-operative Society Act, 1997, Section 5 (3) vide registration No.RSR/CO-OP/Regn/63/2315/2012-13 dated 06.11.2012 having our registered office at No.15/3, 2nd Floor, Sri Lakshmi Complex, RNR Estate, Next to Sapthagiri College of Engineering, Chikkasandra, Bangalore 560 057.

We have registered under capacity of State level, and we can operate our Branch offices all over Karnataka State. Presently we have more than 3000 shareholders in our Co- operative. Our Co-operative got 7 Branch Offices at Bangalore, Chitradurga, Tiptur, Tumkur, Kunigal, Hassan and Channapatna. We have successfully completed 11 years.

Presently Mr. Manjappa HL is the President and Mr. Dinesh S R is the Vice President of the Co- operative and having 15 Board of Directors.
